The following information describes a behavior plan that outlines the classroom rules, the reactions to appropriate behavior, and the reactions to inappropriate behavior. The behavior plan is intended to encourage good citizenship and responsible work habits.
The rules below are posted in the classroom and are followed strictly.
1. Respect Others & Be Kind 4. Follow Directions
2. Stay On Task 5. Remember To Raise Your Hand
3. Be A Good Listener 6. Walk Quietly In The Hallway
The above rules are posted in the classroom on a bulletin board and are followed strictly. The goal is to reach the top of the chart each day! The students will be paid with Moo-La for displaying good choices. Each day, the students will begin on the "Cow-A-Bunga! Ready to Learn" position on the chart pictured below and can move up and down the chart one line at a time. The amount of Moo-La the students earn is determined by their position on the chart at the end of each day. The students will indicate their final position at the end of the day on their assignment sheet so parents can monitor their child's daily classroom behavior. At the end of the week, students will be paid and at the end of each grading quarter they will have the opportunity to spend their Moo-La on a variety of toys and treats.

Positivie Reinforcement:
We believe in positive reinforcement - finding and praising the good. Occasionally We will pass out a treat to students who were caught being good or working exceptionally hard. These treats may sometimes include a variety of hard candies, chocolates, popcorn, pretzels, or crackers. Please notify us if there is any reason your child should not receive treats of this types so we can supplement them with something different.
