Meet Mrs. Wittenberg
About Me
I graduated from BGSU with a BS in Education in 1998 and from UT in 2001 with a Reading Certificate and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. This is my 22nd year in Education. My first 17 years were spent at Raymer Elementary and this is my 5th year at Ottawa River. I am very passionate about teaching and inspiring my students. In order to be the best for my students, I continually work to improve myself as a teacher. In the fall of 2006 I was selected as a Jennings Scholar and in 2008 I achieved National Board of Professional Teaching Standards Certification, one of the highest achievements for teachers in the nation. I have three children of my own that attend Bedford Public Schools (Caleb – 11th grade, Samantha – 10th grade, & Caden – 9th grade) and I have my own scrapbooking business with Creative Memories and Forever.
